Refund & Fit Policy

We have a 21-day policy, which means you have 21 days from the date your order is delivered to request a refund or a different size.

Please include your order number when contacting us.


First Order Fit Guarantee

If your first order isn’t the right fit, we’ll help you get the correct size.

To keep the process simple, use our contact page to send a quick photo of your pairs along with the size you'd like instead.

Replacement orders require standard shipping charges.

One fit guarantee claim per customer.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.


Refunds

Once we receive your request, we’ll review it and let you know if it has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
